Development of remaining lands at CMCC
In June of this year, Council engaged Landscape Planning Ltd to develop a conceptual design and site plan for the remaining lands at the Cavan Monaghan Community Centre (CMCC). The scope of the project includes six (6) key components.
- Data Gathering and Analysis
- Research and review background data i.e. Vision 2035 Report, planning boundaries etc.
- Conceptual Site Layout
- Preliminary Site Plan
- Public Information Sessions
- Public Commenting periods
- Draft Revisions and Final Site Plan
- Final designs and site plans with cost estimates.
