The Township of Cavan Monaghan has agreements in place with surrounding municipalities to help organize maintenance processes and Capital Projects for the boundary roadways.

| The Township of Cavan Monaghan maintains the roadway from County Road 10 to Highway 7A.
The City of Kawartha Lakes maintains the roadway from Ski Hill ROad to County Road 10. |
| Dranoel Road |
| The Township of Cavan Monaghan maintains the portion of this roadway from Stewart Line to the Canadian Pacific Rail Crossing. |
| Glamorgan Road |
| The City of Kawartha Lakes maintains the portion of this roadway from the East end of Fallis Line to County Road 21 at the South End of the Township. |
| Challice Line |
| The Township of Cavan Monaghan maintains the full roadway. |
| Eagleson Line |
| The Municipality of Port Hope maintains the full roadway. |
| Hillview Drive |
| The City of Kawartha Lakes maintains the full roadway. |
| Skiview Drive |
| The City of Kawartha Lakes maintains the full roadway. |
| Whitfield Road |
| The Township of Cavan Monaghan maintains the East end of the roadway to County Road 28. |
