Public consultation 

Information received shall form part of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Public
Consultation Process under the Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Client Procedures Circular
CPC-2-0-03, Issue 6, and will be collected in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and
Electronic Documents Act. The information collected will be used solely for the purpose of documenting
Rogers’ consultation and communicating the results of this consultation, including your comments to the
Township of Cavan Monaghan and/or ISED and communicating with you concerning this proposal should that
be required.
