Payment Delay Notice
Please be advised that significant delays are being experienced by Bank of Montreal (BMO) customers for online bill payments. The municipality is updating the payment information, once received from BMO, and will reverse incorrect interest/penalties, where applicable. BMO has isolated their issue to Cavan Monaghan (TWP) GENERAL online bill payments containing 10 digit account numbers, starting with a number “4” (as found on your invoice). To avoid delays you may wish to consider one of our alternative payment options.
