Notice of Passing of By-laws to Repeal and Replace Designation By-law

Council of the Township of Cavan Monaghan approved By-law Nos. 2024-27, 2024-28, 2024-29 and 2024-30 to repeal and replace portions of Village of Millbrook By-law #85-17, designating properties at 1 Dufferin Street, 22 King Street East, 74 King Street East and 6 Gravel Road as being of cultural heritage value or interest.

In accordance with s.29 (8) of the Ontario Heritage Act, any person who objects to the By-laws may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal by giving the Tribunal and the Clerk of the Township a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-law and the reasons in support of the objection. The Notice of appeal must be accompanied by the fee charged by the Tribunal. The last date to appeal these By-laws is July 2, 2024.
