The Royal Canadian Legion, Millbrook, Branch 402, in conjunction with Cavan Monaghan Township and the local BIA, is proud to introduce the Honour Our Veterans Banner Program in the town of Millbrook to recognize and honour our local Veterans, both current and past. As a community, Millbrook supports and honours its Veterans through community and school activities and this banner program will enrich our Remembrance and keep their legacy alive.
The banners are generally sponsored by interested family members of those who have ties to the area and served or are currently serving in the military.
Applications and payment may be submitted to the Legion located at 9 Kings St. East, Millbrook, Ontario until the deadline of June 1, 2024. Application forms are available at the Legion. A digital copy of the form is available for download through the link below.
Full colour, 2 sided banners (see sample below), 24” x 48”, with a picture of the veteran, name, the era served, branch of service, along with the name of sponsor, will be displayed throughout the downtown area from Legion Week in September until approximately November 12th each year.
