Notice of Public Meeting - Rezoning Application ZBA-04-19 (Easto) 

In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended, this letter is to advise that a complete application has been received by the Township of Cavan Monaghan Planning Department for a zoning by-law amendment.  The application applies to lands known municipally as 664 Syer Line and described as Part Lot 9, Concession 8 of the Cavan Ward.

The zoning by-law amendment is required to permit an animal daycare centre (dog daycare facility) on the subject lands and to recognize an existing shipping container located in the front yard.  The zoning by-law amendment application was received by the Township on March 18, 2019 and deemed complete on April 2, 2019.

In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended, this letter is to advise that a complete application has been received by the Township of Cavan Monaghan Planning Department for a zoning by-law amendment.  The application applies to lands known municipally as 1844 County Road 10 and 1772 County Road 10 and described as Part Lot 12, Concession 10 of the Cavan Ward.

The zoning by-law amendment is required as a condition for Peterborough County Land Division File B-84-18.  The zoning by-law amendment application was received by the Township on March 22, 2019 and deemed complete on April 3, 2019.

Notice of Passing - Rezoning Application ZBA-02-19 By-law No. 2019-23 (Housekeeping Amendment)

Take Notice that the Council of the Township of Cavan Monaghan passed By-law No. 2019-23 on the 1st day of April, 2019 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, as amended.

And Take Notice that any person or agency may appeal to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal in respect of the By-law by filing with the Clerk of the Township of Cavan Monaghan not later than the 25th day of April, 2019 a notice of appeal setting out the reasons for the appeal. The notice of appeal must be accompanied by a certified cheque or money order for $300.00 payable to the Minister of Finance.
