Notice of Public Meeting - Rezoning Application ZBA-08-19 (JKR Realty) 

In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended, this letter is to advise that a complete application has been received by the Township of Cavan Monaghan Planning Department for a zoning by-law amendment.  The application applies to lands known municipally as 2085 Whittington Drive in Part Lot 4, Concession 10 of the North Monaghan Ward.

The zoning by-law amendment is required to permit an indoor farming establishment within one of the existing buildings on the property.  The zoning by-law amendment application was received by the Township on September 26, 2019 and deemed complete on September 27, 2019.
