Notice of Public Meeting - Rezoning Application ZBA-06-19 (Wilks-Taylor) 

In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, as amended, this letter is to advise that a complete application has been received by the Township of Cavan Monaghan Planning Department for a zoning by-law amendment.  The application applies to lands known municipally as 1760 Stewart Line and described as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 45R-16784 in Part Lot 23, Concession 12 of the Cavan Ward.

The zoning by-law amendment is required as a condition for Peterborough County Land Division File B-55-17.  The zoning by-law amendment application was received by the Township on April 2, 2019 and deemed complete on April 29, 2019.

The zoning by-law amendment is required to permit an animal daycare centre (dog daycare facility) on the subject lands and to recognize an existing shipping container located in the front yard.  The zoning by-law amendment application was received by the Township on March 18, 2019 and deemed complete on April 2, 2019.
