Details:

Peterborough & the Kawarthas Economic Development have come together in collaboration with Peterborough County and Kawarthas Northumberland to explore agritourism as a growth opportunity. To advance this process, they are hosting an informative and interactive agritourism event. During the event they will share highlights from the research process, hear from Scottish agritourism expert Caroline Millar, and collect community feedback.

Who should attend: Stakeholders who are interested about supporting agritourism development, especially business owners and operators.

Why: With support from the Culinary Tourism Alliance, PKT is researching this topic for Peterborough & the Kawarthas. The final report is due for completion at the end of March 2019. This event is an opportunity for networking, knowledge-sharing, as well as collecting community insights and feedback around agritourism development.
